Seabass – grilled seabass served with a lemon and caper dressing served with sautéed spinach and potatoes

Penne Primavera – spiral pasta with seasonal vegetables and tomato sauce

Pollo alla Crema di Funghi – chicken in creamy mushroom sauce served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Risotto Funghi – risotto rice with mushrooms in a light creamy sauce
